When booking a vehicle rental service, we ask for your:
– first name and last name
– address
– date of birth
– phone number
– e-mail adress.
These data allow us to process your booking, contact you in case of problems with the booking and send you an electronic confirmation.
At the time of booking, an online account is created, we will store the personal data provided in our customer database. This will enable us to complete future bookings faster.
How long do we keep your personal data?
The administrator stores your personal data in connection with your reservation, for the time necessary to complete the reservation and for the time in which it is possible to pursue claims in connection with the performance of the contract concluded as a result of the reservation, a maximum of 10 years from the date of booking
